Criminal Defense
I am very choosy about which criminal defense cases I am willing to accept. I have conducted well over one hundred jury trials and when I worked at the Public Defender's Office, I won jury trials on a regular basis. If you have questions, please feel free to call.
Family and Domestic
Of course this includes Dissolution of Marriage (Divorce), but also cases which involve custody of children born to unwed parents (paternity), post dissolution cases including enforcement, contempt and modification actions, and both contested and uncontested adoption.
Administrative Law and Appeals
Includes appeals from many types of cases, from Criminal to Contract, from initial filing, to briefs and oral argument, and Administrative actions involving licensure and cases in which licensure is at issue.
